The view is the basic design criteria of 140 bed Hotel that is located on a sharp slope (15m) with 5.050sqm land area. Ölüdeniz coast is in the south of the site, where the Lobby, Dining Hall and bedrooms are positioned towards by using the advantage of the slope. Swimming pools on different levels are connected with hotel facilities while establishing a visual contact from the entrance.

Linear shaped bedroom block is placed in the south axis on the upper floors, where dining, spa and leisure activities on ground. Hotel entrance and Lobby are visually connected with the lower floors and fulfilled by the view created by the courtyards.
