Construction site (97.562m2) is located in the east of the city of Manisa, in which there is approximately 13 meters of topographical difference towards the north-east and south-west axis. Along with the slope; Hospital, Policlinics and Emergency entrances are designed on different floors to offer a balanced circulation throughout the hospital.

Polyclinics are planned on the ground and first floors of T1 and T2 Patient Bed towers and each examination room is positioned to receive daylight. Diagnostics departments such as Radiology and Nuclear Medicine are located on the same level with the Policlinics to provide a direct outpatient circulation.

Vertical and horizontal circulation elements as Patients, Visitors, Staff and Service are planned in different zones. 1674 car capacity Carpark (50.220sqm) is proposed as a separate block and connected with the Hospital at several levels. 558 Bed Hospital consists of 156 Policlinics, 416 Patient Services, 89 Intensive Care Unit, 37 Neonatal intensive care unit, 10 Labour-Delivery-Recovery and 17 Operation Room.
